Timely reporting helps JRX Academy maintain student safety, coordinate academic support, communicate with the student's support team, and ensure continuity of learning.

What you can report

  • Full-Day Absence

    The student will miss the full scheduled day.

  • Late Arrival

    The student will arrive after the scheduled start time.

  • Early Dismissal

    The student will leave before the scheduled end time.

  • Approved Learning From Home

    The student will complete assigned learning from home with prior or requested approval.

  • Hybrid Schedule Update

    Report a change to the student's approved hybrid learning schedule.

  • Multi-Day Absence

    The student will miss more than one consecutive day.

  • Other Schedule Change

    Report another attendance or participation update.

How it works

    Choose a report type, dates and times, and a reason. Only the fields that apply are shown.

  3. Ask for what helps

    Request assignments, materials, a check-in, or family support. This section is optional and supportive, never punitive.

  4. Get confirmation

    You receive a confirmation number immediately, plus status updates as staff review the report.
