Selective program
JRX Founder Pathway
Build the founder. Build the business.
The Founder Pathway is being prepared within JRX’s 2026–2027 beta year; no cohort has started yet. Admission is selective, and submitting does not guarantee acceptance.
What it costs, and what you would be responsible for
Program value: $18,000 for the 18-month core pathway — about $1,000 a month.
What a participant is responsible for may be reduced through approved scholarships, sponsorships or JRX subsidy, so this is not a bill handed to every family.
Your funding plan and exact responsibility are confirmed with you in writing before any payment commitment.
No Founder Pathway payment is taken on this website today.
Your Founder Team
Three specialists, one shared view of your work.
Success Specialist
Develops the person: purpose, habits, accountability, resilience, confidence, decision-making, follow-through and wellbeing. Works with the Life Atlas.
Business Mentor
Develops the business: customer discovery, positioning, offer, pricing, sales, marketing, partnerships, operations, model and financial judgment.
Academic Specialist
Teaches what the venture demands, when it demands it: numbers, finance, writing, research, technology, economics, law basics, data and presentation — through the real business.
The journey
Six stages across the 18-month core pathway.
Stage 1 · Months 0–3
Discover
Find a problem worth your time, and prove you can talk to the people who have it.
Stage 2 · Months 4–6
Validate
Test the idea against real people until the evidence says go, change, or stop.
Stage 3 · Months 7–9
Start Right
Make the first real offer and get the first real customer.
Stage 4 · Months 10–12
Build Right
Make delivery repeatable and the numbers legible.
Stage 5 · Months 13–18
Prove Right
Show the business works without being carried.
Stage 6 · Months 19–24
Scale Right
Grow what already works, and hand off what you have built.
After you apply
What actually happens next.
Step 1
You submit
You can save a draft and come back. Once you submit, your status page says so.
Step 2
A reviewer reads it
A member of staff reads your application and writes a recommendation. Your status changes to “under review” when reading begins.
Step 3
We may ask for more, or invite you to talk
Two things can happen here: we ask you for more information, and you add it and resubmit; or we invite you to an interview, and the time and place appear on your status page once they are set.
Step 4
A human decision
The outcome is one of: accepted, accepted with conditions, waitlisted, a preparation path first, or not this cycle. Payment never grants a place, and no part of this is decided automatically.
Your founder portal
Where your own Founder Pathway lives.
1. Get your sign-in
JRX invites you to apply by email. The link asks you to choose a password, then puts you straight on your founder home. An invitation to apply is not an acceptance.
2. Write your application
It saves as you write and you can come back to it. Nothing is read by JRX until you submit it.
3. Follow it honestly
Your history shows each real step — submitted, read by a reviewer, more asked for, a conversation, a decision — and you get an email when a step changes. Reviewer notes stay private to the review team.
Where the JRX record stands today: the Founder Pathway is a selective programme and no seats are published yet. Places are offered by people, one decision at a time.
Honest terms
What we will and won't promise.
What we commit to
- A coordinated three-person Founder Team for each activated founder.
- Real customers, real numbers, real decisions — not simulations.
- A record of what you tried, including what failed.
- Academic learning taught through the business you are building.
What we will not claim
- That every participant ends with a successful company.
- That a place is available to every JRX student.
- That finishing lessons counts as proof of anything.
- That changing direction is failure — evidence-based pivots are expected.
What the Founder Pathway is — and is not
- JRX provides structured development, education, mentoring and venture-building support.
- Participation does not guarantee revenue, profit, investment, customers, employment or business success.
- Admission is selective. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
