Measurement preference
We record page views, button clicks, and form starts against an anonymous per-visit id so we can tell which pages actually help families decide. No advertising cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no data sold or shared with data brokers.

Student and family records
Records created inside the family portal — attendance, quest progress, mentorship notes, report cards — are treated as education records. Staff access is limited to the people with a working need for it, every sensitive change is written to an audit trail, and families can view their own household's records in the portal.
Children under 13
Public forms on this website are for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through the public site; accounts for students are created by a parent, guardian, or staff member. Student-facing portal features (quest work, reflections, feedback) exist under a household account and are not used for advertising or sold to anyone. If you believe a child submitted information without your involvement, contact us and we will delete it.
Publishing student work
Quest work, photos, and names are published only where a consent record exists for that student, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal removes the public display going forward; we cannot recall materials already printed or shared off-site.

Requesting access, correction, or deletion
A parent or guardian can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about their household. Use the contact page and say which request you are making. We confirm your relationship to the student before releasing anything, and we aim to respond within 30 days. Some records must be retained where law or an open safety review requires it — we will tell you if that applies.
