Our holistic process looks beyond grades and test scores to understand the whole child — strengths, interests, and aspirations. Decisions are based on program fit, student readiness, and available space.
Our commitment
Ability to pay is reviewed separately from admissions decisions and is never used as a measure of a student’s worth, potential, or opportunity.

Complete the Family Profile
Parents or guardians complete a secure online profile with household information, contact details, and educational goals that help us begin understanding your family.

Student Profile & Educational Records
Once admissions review begins, families upload age-appropriate educational records.

Family Conversation
One of the most important parts of admissions. This is a conversation, not an interview. Families meet with an admissions team member to talk together.

A seat is offered for the term you applied to. You will receive enrollment steps, tuition options, and an orientation invitation.
Waitlisted
Your child is a fit and space is the only limitation. You keep your place in order and hear from us as soon as a seat opens.
Deferred
We would like more time or one more conversation. We will tell you exactly what we are looking for and when we will revisit.
Future Opportunity
A different term, program, or pathway is likely a stronger fit. We will name it and help your family plan toward it.
