Steward tuition, financial aid, Crusader Credits, grants, and long-range capital planning with full transparency to families and the Board.

Own the learning platforms, portal, data pipelines, and AI literacy tools that make personalized learning and Visible Learning possible.
Own student culture, restorative practice, Good Souls Mentorship, and the family partnership that holds it all together.
Keep the executive team aligned: priorities, project execution, reporting rhythms, and follow-through across every department.
Provide executive-level counsel across all JRX Academy components — academics, Quests, operations, finance, advancement, technology, and culture — as the academy grows toward Future Campus 2036.
Guide students through personalized, computer-based core academics with live coaching, small-group instruction, and visible growth tracking.
Own attendance, engagement, and follow-through for a caseload of students — catching early warning signs and closing the loop with families.
