We are a small team building something real, so this page tells you the truth about what is open today rather than showing you a full organization chart. Right now we are recruiting for 2 paid positions, we accept expert Quest facilitators on a rolling basis, and mentorship and advising run through their own pathways.

Finite pieces of work
Alongside positions, most JRX work happens as a defined piece of work with a clear owner, a verifier, a time estimate and a deliverable — helping at a Quest session, testing the portal, supporting an event, editing a clip. Each one says honestly how it is recognised: paid at an approved amount, earning Time Credits for verified eligible service, or genuinely voluntary. Cash and Time Credits are separate and there is no exchange rate between them. Claiming a piece of work happens after you sign in and complete any required clearance.

For facilitation, mentorship, advising and finite pieces of work, start with a short note about what you can do and when you are available. Anything that puts you in contact with young people requires identity verification, orientation and safeguarding clearance before a first meeting, without exception.
