About the role

Facilitators are matched session by session rather than hired into a standing position. That keeps the door open for working professionals, artists, athletes, tradespeople and specialists who want to teach without leaving their craft. Every youth-facing session requires identity verification, JRX facilitator orientation and safeguarding clearance before the first meeting — expertise alone is never enough.

What you'll do

  • Plan and lead sessions against an approved Quest objective and approved materials
  • Adapt the session to the age range's skill level, attention and safety needs
  • Confirm attendance and capture the agreed evidence of student learning
  • Coordinate materials, space and setup with the JRX operating team
  • Complete the facilitator debrief after each session

What we look for

  • Real skill or professional experience in the Quest area you want to facilitate
  • Comfort working with the age range you select
  • JRX facilitator orientation before your first session
  • Safeguarding clearance and background check before any youth-facing session
