Future roles — talent community

Director of the Athletics Quest

Future opportunity — not currently recruiting

Design and lead the Athletics Quest end to end — curriculum, partners, signature projects, and student pathways. Daily movement, sport, team discipline.

This is part of the long-term organisation design. We are not recruiting for it today, and no application is accepted for it. If it is the work you want to do, join the talent community and we will come back to you when it becomes real.

About the role

The Athletics Quest develops physical fitness, resilience, discipline, and teamwork through sports, movement, outdoor adventure, and lifelong wellness. Students strengthen both body and mind while learning leadership, perseverance, healthy competition, and respect for others.

What you'll do

Own the Athletics Quest scope, sequence, and signature projects
Recruit, coach, and evaluate Quest coaches and coordinators
Build external partnerships that give students real audiences and real work
Define pathway milestones and portfolio evidence for the Quest
Manage the Quest budget, equipment, and safety practices

What we look for

Professional depth in a athletics-related field
Experience leading programs and adults, not just sessions with students
Track record building partnerships in the community

How to take the next step

No resume, work authorisation or cover letter is asked for here. Send us a short note about what you can do, the age range you are comfortable with and when you are available. If the work involves young people, identity verification, orientation and safeguarding clearance come before any first meeting — and you complete those after signing in, not on this page.
