About the role

The Law Quest develops thoughtful citizens who understand justice, responsibility, and democratic participation. Students study civics, constitutional principles, ethics, negotiation, conflict resolution, and public policy while learning to advocate respectfully and contribute to healthy communities.

What you'll do

Own the Law Quest scope, sequence, and signature projects
Recruit, coach, and evaluate Quest coaches and coordinators
Build external partnerships that give students real audiences and real work
Define pathway milestones and portfolio evidence for the Quest
Manage the Quest budget, equipment, and safety practices

What we look for

Professional depth in a law-related field
Experience leading programs and adults, not just sessions with students
Track record building partnerships in the community
