About the role
The Chief Financial Officer protects both access and sustainability — keeping JRX affordable for families while building the financial foundation for Future Campus 2036.
What you'll do
- Own budgeting, forecasting, audit, and Board financial reporting
- Administer tuition, sliding scale, financial aid, scholarships, and Crusader Credits
- Lead capital planning and grant compliance
- Build financial controls appropriate to a growing organization
What we look for
- Senior finance leadership experience, ideally in education or nonprofits
- Fluency with fund accounting, aid modeling, and audit readiness
- Ability to explain money plainly to families and trustees alike
