About the role

The Chief Financial Officer protects both access and sustainability — keeping JRX affordable for families while building the financial foundation for Future Campus 2036.

What you'll do

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, audit, and Board financial reporting
  • Administer tuition, sliding scale, financial aid, scholarships, and Time Credits
  • Lead capital planning and grant compliance
  • Build financial controls appropriate to a growing organization

What we look for

  • Senior finance leadership experience, ideally in education or nonprofits
  • Fluency with fund accounting, aid modeling, and audit readiness
  • Ability to explain money plainly to families and trustees alike
