About the role
The Chief Advancement Officer builds the outside relationships that fuel the inside work: enrollment pipelines, donors, partners, employers, and press.
What you'll do
- Lead admissions marketing, enrollment strategy, and family recruitment
- Build and steward the donor and grant portfolio
- Develop employer, college, and community Quest partnerships
- Own brand, communications, news and media relationships
What we look for
- Advancement, development, or growth leadership experience
- Proven fundraising or enrollment results
- Excellent writing and storytelling instincts
