About the role

The Chief Advancement Officer builds the outside relationships that fuel the inside work: enrollment pipelines, donors, partners, employers, and press.

What you'll do

  • Lead admissions marketing, enrollment strategy, and family recruitment
  • Build and steward the donor and grant portfolio
  • Develop employer, college, and community Quest partnerships
  • Own brand, communications, news and media relationships

What we look for

  • Advancement, development, or growth leadership experience
  • Proven fundraising or enrollment results
  • Excellent writing and storytelling instincts
