About the role
The Chief Operating Officer makes the JRX day work. Extended hours, shared meals, movement blocks, Quest sessions, and weekend programming all depend on tight operations that families can trust.
What you'll do
- Own facilities, safety, transportation, food service, and vendor relationships
- Design and maintain the daily and weekend operating schedule
- Build systems for staffing coverage, compliance, and emergency response
- Manage operational budgets and reporting alongside Finance
What we look for
- Operations leadership in schools, campuses, or multi-site service organizations
- Comfort with safety compliance, logistics, and vendor negotiation
- Calm, systems-minded problem solving under real time pressure
