About the role
The Chief Community & Culture Officer makes sure the JRX culture is felt, not just written — assemblies, restorative practices, mentoring, house life, and family voice.
What you'll do
- Lead student culture systems, restorative practice, and behavior supports
- Oversee Good Souls Mentorship and the Conscious Crusaders leadership program
- Own family engagement, feedback loops, and community reporting
- Build staff culture, onboarding, and belonging practices
What we look for
- Leadership experience in student culture, counseling, or youth development
- Training in restorative or trauma-informed practice
- Skill at hard conversations with warmth and clarity
