About the role

The Chief Community & Culture Officer makes sure the JRX culture is felt, not just written — assemblies, restorative practices, mentoring, house life, and family voice.

What you'll do

  • Lead student culture systems, restorative practice, and behavior supports
  • Oversee Good Souls Mentorship and the Conscious Crusaders leadership program
  • Own family engagement, feedback loops, and community reporting
  • Build staff culture, onboarding, and belonging practices

What we look for

  • Leadership experience in student culture, counseling, or youth development
  • Training in restorative or trauma-informed practice
  • Skill at hard conversations with warmth and clarity
