About the role

The Chief of Staff turns strategy into a calendar. You run the operating cadence of the executive suite and make sure nothing important quietly falls off the table.

What you'll do

  • Run the executive meeting, goal, and reporting cadence
  • Drive cross-department projects to completion
  • Prepare Board materials and executive communication
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Head of School

What we look for

  • Chief of staff, program management, or strategy experience
  • Exceptional organization, writing, and discretion
