Good Souls Mentorship

Trusted Relationships. Compassionate Guidance. Mastery of Self.

Good Souls Mentorship is JRX Academy’s relationship-centered mentoring program that strengthens students through trusted relationships, compassionate guidance, and the intentional development of character.

We believe meaningful relationships are among the greatest influences on human flourishing. Every student benefits from caring adults who listen deeply, encourage growth, recognize strengths, celebrate progress, and inspire young people to develop the best within themselves.

Good Souls Mentorship complements the work of each student’s Academic Specialist and Success Specialist, creating a collaborative support system that helps every student flourish academically, socially, emotionally, and personally.

Companioning

Companioning

Walking Alongside the Student

The foundation of Good Souls Mentorship is Companioning, one of The Virtues Project™ Five Strategies.

Companioning recognizes that meaningful growth develops through presence, trust, thoughtful listening, and authentic relationships.

Mentors walk alongside students with compassion and respect. Through caring conversations, thoughtful questions, encouragement, and honest accountability, mentors help students discover their strengths, recognize opportunities for growth, and make wise decisions that align with their values and aspirations.

Every mentoring conversation is designed to strengthen confidence, responsibility, resilience, wisdom, and character while helping students move toward increasing independence and mastery of self.
