Action Teams
Ideas Are Cheap. Teams Move.
Every priority youth choose gets a youth lead and an action team. The team's job is one clear next move at a time, and to say out loud what is blocking it.
How YCS moves from ideas into action
- Youth Priority
- Youth Lead
- Action Team
- Quests
- Visible Action
- Show & Prove
What every action team carries
Each active priority will show these fields publicly, so support can arrive where it is actually needed.

- Action team members
- Next move
- Progress status
- Support needed
- Guest and community connections
- Media opportunities
- Show & Prove
