Leadership Beyond the Classroom
YCS extends JRX Academy’s commitment to developing conscious, capable, community-minded leaders beyond the school experience.
Through YCS, young people ages 14–36 connect across communities, develop leadership capacity, contribute their gifts, and participate in real efforts to strengthen communities and systems.
The goal is not to create more committees.The goal is to build an interconnected system.
Young people should have meaningful opportunities to contribute, influence decisions, organize solutions, and develop the capacity to lead.
