YCS extends JRX Academy’s commitment to developing conscious, capable, community-minded leaders beyond the school experience.

What YCS is

Through YCS, young people ages 14–36 connect across communities, develop leadership capacity, contribute their gifts, and participate in real efforts to strengthen communities and systems.

The goal is not to create more committees

The goal is to build an interconnected system where young people have the relationships, knowledge, opportunities, and power to help create solutions.
